We are seeking a Mobile Gardener / Maintenance Officer to deliver high-quality gardening and light maintenance services across community client homes. About the Role In this mobile role, you will provide timely, high-quality gardening and light maintenance services across client homes in metropolitan Adelaide. Responsibilities include: - Lawn mowing, pruning, spraying, weed control, leaf raking, and general garden upkeep
- Basic home maintenance and minor modifications
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues
- Always ensuring a safe working environment
- Completing physically demanding tasks as required
- Accurately documenting work completed in line with Bene policies
- Working collaboratively with Community Services, Maintenance, and Care teams
About You - Previous experience in gardening, maintenance, or handyperson work
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A commitment to safety, quality, and respectful service delivery
- Current Driver’s License
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Legal right to work in Australia
Desirable (but not essential): - Experience working in aged care or community services
- Italian-speaking
- Up-to-date COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations
- Test & Tag Certificate
