We are looking for an experienced aged care manager as a roving Residential Site Manager across Bene’s 4 residential sites.

About the Role

As a Residential Site Manager (RSM), you will work collaboratively with the Director of Residential Aged Care in providing site operational leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership at residential site as required.
• Oversee clinical, operational, and workforce
• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
• Support staff performance, accountability, and professional development
• Promote a culture of safety, respect, and service excellence
• Engage with older persons , families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive care environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience as a Residential Site Manager in aged care, with a strong track record of operational and clinical leadership
• Minimum 5 years’experience as a Residential Site Manager ,
• Sound knowledge aged care legislation, accreditation, and clinical systems
• A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different site environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Current National Police Clearance
• Valid SA Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel between sites
