About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Clair. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents while leading and supporting our care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate clinical care
• Lead and supervise Care Workers on morning shifts
• Administer medications and manage wound care
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to clinical needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans
• Foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment
• Liaise with residents, families, and external health professionals
• Promote best practices in aged care nursing

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Previous experience in aged care or similar (preferred)
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid First Aid and Manual Handling certificates

Desirable:

• Italian language skills (highly regarded but not essential)
