About the Role

We’re seeking friendly and reliable Community Domestic Workers to support our clients with home-based services such as cleaning, social support, and transport. You’ll work independently in the community, helping older people remain in their homes safely and comfortably.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform household tasks – vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, meal prep

• Provide companionship and social engagement

• Transport clients to appointments or outings (if required)

• Follow care plans and support client goals

• Observe and report changes in client health or wellbeing

• Participate in training, meetings, and improvement initiatives

What You Need

Essential:

• Full Australian driver’s licence

• Access to a registered, reliable, insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)

• Access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs

Desirable:

• First Aid & CPR and Manual Handling certificates

• Experience in aged care or community support

• Understanding of Italian culture and/or language
