About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Bene St Agnes, working AM shifts on a full-time or part-time basis.

In this rewarding role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care

• Lead and support care staff during your shift

• Monitor residents’ health and respond to clinical needs

• Administer medications, manage wound care, and ensure accurate documentation

• Collaborate with residents, families, and health professionals to achieve positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Aged care or similar experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical and leadership skills, especially in overnight care
• Commitment to respectful, person-centred care
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates

Desirable:

• Italian language skills (not essential but highly valued)
