About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play an essential role in supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, while upholding their dignity, choice, and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily personal care needs including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Providing emotional and social support aligned with individual care plans
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviour to nursing staff
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supporting residents’ independence, dignity, privacy, and rights
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Adhering to infection control, WHS, and organisational policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Previous experience in residential aged care
• Genuine interest in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to respectful, compassionate service
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
