About the role
As a Community Registered Nurse, you’ll:

• Provide person-centred nursing care in clients’ homes based on individual care plans

• Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and care plan updates

• Deliver wound care, medication management, and chronic disease support

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards

• Collaborate with clients, families, and the broader care team to promote independence and wellbeing

About you
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in aged care, community, or similar healthcare settings

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Experience with wound care and chronic disease management will be highly regarded.
