About the Role:
We are seeking passionate Enrolled Nurses to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents at Bene St. Agnes. Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will:
Deliver clinical care tailored to residents' individual needs.
Support and mentor Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Maintain compliance with AHPRA, aged care standards, and accreditation requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent qualification).
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
Aged care experience (preferred but not essential).
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to support care teams.
Commitment to resident dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certification.
A National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable Skills:
Italian-speaking ability (not essential but highly regarded).
Post-basic qualifications in aged care.
