About the Role

In this key PM shift role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care
• Lead, support, and mentor care staff during PM shifts
• Administer medications and manage wound care
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to changing clinical needs
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and health professionals

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate, Manual Handling (essential)
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgement and confident leadership skills
• Commitment to dignity, respect, and culturally inclusive care
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a shift
• Italian language skills highly regarded but not essential
