About the Role

In this key role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care
• Lead, support, and mentor care staff
• Administer medications and manage wound care
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to changing clinical needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and allied health professionals

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certification (essential)
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgement and confident leadership skills
• Commitment to dignity, respect, and culturally inclusive care
• Ability to work autonomously and lead effectively
