About the Role:

Bene Aged Care is seeking passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents at Bene St. Agnes. Reporting directly to the Registered Nurse, you will work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday, and be responsible for:

• Delivering clinical care tailored to residents' individual needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

• Supporting and mentoring Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Administering medications and monitoring residents' health conditions, documenting everything accurately.

• Ensuring all documentation is completed on time, and in compliance with AHPRA, aged care standards, and accreditation requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent qualification).

• Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse.

• Aged Care Experience (preferred but not essential).

• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to support care teams.

• Commitment to resident dignity, respect, and person-centred care.

• Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certification.

• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable Skills:

• Italian-speaking ability (not essential but highly regarded).

• Post-basic qualifications in aged care.
