About the Role

We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Bene St Paul’s in Hahndorf. With options for casual, part-time or full-time positions, this is your opportunity to be part of a close-knit, professional team that delivers exceptional person-centred care.

In this rewarding role, you will:

• Provide high-quality clinical and personal care tailored to each resident’s individual needs
• Conduct or contribute to clinical assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ health
• Lead, mentor and support care staff to uphold Bene’s standards of care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, allied health, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best care outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Previous experience in residential aged care (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health needs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Proof of work rights in Australia

Desirable:

• Italian language skills (highly regarded)
• Post-basic qualifications in aged care
• Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19 and influenza)
