Bene Aged Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Bene Campbelltown. Your Roster

Week 1 & Week 2

• Monday, Tuesday & Sunday – Night Shift (11:00pm to 7:15am)

• Thursday – Morning Shift (7:00am to 3:15pm)

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Bene St Agnes, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting residents’ dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care

• Monitor residents’ health and respond to clinical needs during night and morning shifts

• Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift

• Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained

• Foster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals

• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (preferred)

• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills

• Commitment to respectful, person-centred care

• Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty

• Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates

Desirable

• Italian language skills (highly regarded, not essential)
